Due to safety requirements for fire and police emergency access, all owner vehicles, including bicycles and motorcycles shall be parked in your garage or carport. Guest parking is allowed in the spaces provided; however no abandoned vehicle or vehicles not in use will be allowed to park in these areas over a twenty-four (24) hour period (Section 3.5, Woodcreek Covenants). Parking is NOT permitted at any time in fire lanes, alleyways and in front of mailboxes. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed.
