Collections Policy Information
Effective February 5th, 2013 – the Woodcreek Board of Directors passed a clear, policy statement that clearly outlines the Woodcreek Townhomes Association approach to collecting past due homeowners dues assessment payments
A)
Woodcreek homeowners with past due accounts that are two months late will receive a mailed notice.
